Your bigger error is posting this stuff without Party Poker’s explicit permission.
“I actually copied these poker terms from Party Poker’s poker terms page. Hope they don’t mind” is a good way to get your affiliate account closed. They may have no problem with you reprinting their content on your own site, but doing it without permission is crazy.
