I talked to them at length.
They are low cost as yet, so inexpensive to test.
They have a fraud department and I talked to the guy running that for a while. It seems they make every effort to make it impossible, but admit that there is always someone running circles around them and that it will be a never ending battle.
I respect that answer more that a lot of the whitewashing you get elsewhere.
I will be giving them a test run – probably next month.
