They wouldn’t tell us if it was a processing problem because most of us would not send players until the problem is fixed.
Of course they may be shooting themselves in the foot with that because those of us with many sites would not pull them for processing problems (too much work) but would for bad performance.
Personally, I am turning over a new leaf and pulling rapidly for bad performance from now on. I have lingered on with some programs for way to long just because I liked them. I am going to be much more efficient from now on, you don’t realize how much money is lost by carrying programs that do not convert..
