it was a thrill to meet those I did manage to find; and BigB; as I stated elsewhere, my best moments remembered are from sitting outside the mgm with you and OPA.
Ark, I kept meaning to find you and didn’t manage to even find anyone with info on how to locate you.
I had access (sort of) to the net via a cafe downstairs in our hotel but I had a hell of a time gaining entrance to CAP due to some sort of cookie issue which was beyond my ability to understand; so it made it hard for me to attempt to contact you; or anyone else for that matter, via PMs. else wise I’d have tried that route. Happy to hear that you too; went home with more than you came. I’d not had any luck despite counting cards and finding a single deck game which had 4 players and they went to rounds deep every time b4 shuffling, and I had several very favorable situations arise which every time after loading up my bets; I lost. once even against the dealers upcard a 6, I had been dealt 9, 2, and the deck loaded with tens. I doubled and lost; not catching the ten for 21, nor busting the dealer. I was about sick of Vegas when I hap-hazzardly hit a jackpot on a slot machine. I’m in no hurry to go back and gamble again. I’d rather play online.
Randy – I was at the breakfast buffet at 7 am in the hotel; but saw no sign of anyone I’d have guessed was you and matt. Wish we’d have seen each other.
same goes for the many others I missed. I’d surely like to have met Antoine; who comes to mind quickly when that question is posed. There are many others as well too many to list here; but I wish I’d met you all.
well since I’m having one of the worst months in history, to follow another bad month; I’ve got a lot of work to do. so …
