In most countries including Canada it’s legal to do whatever you want once you turn 18. In fact the USA is the only country where you cant gamble until you’re 21, something I find pretty ridiculous. I would try emaining different affiliate managers, try emailing someone that operates a cryptologic casino and someone that runs a microgaming casino.
I know I could gamble from here online when I turned 18, but I’m unsure if the casinos base that decision on your geographical region. It’s kind of odd how someone can go out and get killed in a war as soon as they turn 18 but they cant play a hand of blackjack.
