As a sportsbook we felt that this no-negative carry over could be abused if we did not set a limit of some sort. As a sportsbook affiliate the parameters are different.
Other affiliate programs have a negative carry over and deduct for bonuses and fees. From day one we do not deduct bonuses or fees. With us once you reach 20 players you no longer have a negative carry over, this is not a month-to-month requirement.
However one of the reasons we joined CAP was to get affiliates to join GC Money and not discourage them we are open to all suggestions.
