Looking at your stats I have found that you had a player chargeback their purchases in June. As a result of the chargeback exceeding your commissions, there will be a negative balance that is carried forward.
As per our terms and conditions on the website, chargeback amounts that are not recouped in a single month are carried forward until such time that the entire amount has been recovered.
This has been a rule in our terms and conditions for quite some time now, and if I am not mistaken, has been the case since before you joined the program.
