this will be interesting all right because as I have tried to view our situation from all angles, I really don’t see prosecution has a leg to stand on since free speech is our right; and if somebody wants to pay us for speaking, regardless of in what manner or means, I don’t see where any laws are broken.
so the laws must first be passed to be broken.
And…
truly if we are to be held responsible to laws passed in our area of residence, then so must be the porn sites and if you really want to get down to the letter of the law, then would it not also be illegal to operate any kind of business from your home unless you’re in an area zoned for business?
