RTG has always performed lower for me than other casino software providers, and I agree click thru on my sites is less to RTG casinos. But I do think they record, as my stats compared the casinos stats do match on click thru.
But i know some affiliates do very well with RTG, so as in my case my traffic doesn’t care for them as much and may be your case to Dom.
