When manager credits are done, yes they reflect in your stats, so say a player gets $100 in a credit then that is deducted from the affiliate, then when the players loses on that credit the commission is reflected in your account, hence the net effect to affiliates is $0 in losses. Most manager credits are done on the fly, meaning alot of players when they are on the phone with a CSR will request or negotiate a special bonus, at that time the CSR usually does not have time to create a new bonus coupon code (Thats when it would show under coupons not manager credits) as the customer wants the bonus then and there at the time they deposit they don’t like to wait, so they add it in as a “Manager Credit”. There is a another reason why manger credits show up but unfortunately I can not post the reason due to the industry and competitve advantage that we have.
