I had the same thing happen to me last month in the end it all worked out but I had to contact them to get some confusing explanation…

REVENUE PAYOUTS BONUS COMMISSION

USD $3,333.10 $2,971.10 $297.00 $0.00 $0.00
Now you do (Revenue-Payouts-Bonus=Casino Profit/25% = Pay)
Now it shows me as being ($278) for the month and the casino in the red $1,279 or so…..
My calculations should put me in the green…..
