Greetings and thanks for the interest in my research.
First things first, lest anyone be confused, I’m actually not a lawyer. Rather, a law student (also a grad student in economics). Probably doesn’t much matter, but I figured I’d clarify in case it matters to anyone here.
My sense is that my new article, Advertisers Using WhenU probably is of special interest to folks on this forum. Notice the listing of categories of WhenU advertisers and advertisements, finding more gambling ads than any other single category. In my hands-on testing of WhenU software, these ads primarily shown when users browse to other gambling sites — go to one site, get pulled away to another due to a WhenU ad. This behavior, and my documentation of same (i.e. of advertisers using WhenU’s system), may be of particular interest to folks on this forum.
The details: full listing of all WhenU gambling ads (as of last week), one ad per advertiser.
