The US is REALLY cracking down on that industry with MANY arrests pending and stringent prosecution by the DEA.

Unlike online gambling where there is a gray area in terms of legality the DEA has made it crystal clear that they will be going after the online pharmacies WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE.
