I only have 2 concerns from this, and these two are the reason for all my complaints, and why I tried to propose alternate motivation methods.

ALL of my traffic comes from google, and I get the odd hit or two from Yahoo/msn. If google decides to change algo for some reason (similar to the November2003 update) then all my traffic goes. I instantly lose 5%.

I suppose RB could of put in some sort of “appeal” system where we can show them we are TRYING to market their casinos, but for reasons beyond our control we have not being able to.

That’s my concern #1.

Concern #2.
As far as I see it, this is only the start. If RB takes 5% what’s to stop all other programs taking off 5%. Eventually there will be so many affiliates, and so few casinos that commissions will be between 5% and 30%, not 25% and 50%.

For the record: I will still market Referback as much as I ever have, but not because of this new 4th tier.

bb1webs – why don’t you keep the lucky nugget ads up until the changes are finalized? As far as I know RB is reviewing the new changes, so there is a chance the old system will be kept in place.
