Thank you very much for the warm welcome. We see being part of CAP as a great privelage and positive step in the right direction.

Ellen: I am just as disappointed as you are (was also hoping to squeeze in a trip to Australia this year) 
The reason for the shift in account managers was to ensure that we provide the best service possible, as well as making it is easier for us to visit our affiliates.
With the old setup, it was a complete nightmare to try and visit affiliates in all parts of the globe, and made it all that harder to concentrate on key regions of the market. As such, each account manager has been designated a marketing region to focus on, along with managing the affiliates resident in these regions of the world.
I have been assigned to the US, mainly concentrating on the Southern half of the continent. Simone is your new account manager, as you probably know. Very capable young lady, who happens to be a former Ausie. You guys should hit it off quite well.
