if you bring nice amount of players usually you can get better treatment (%, CPA, support) from the program, the best way to do so is to be in touch with the top level managment of the operation and take your issues with them, it worked not just for me, I know other people here on the forum which I gave the lead to the right person in the program they need to talk to and it worked better with them also.
but those managers only deal with the people who can bring in more then 30 players a month at the minimon so it is not for everyone.
