Sure it´s intresting, but does that apply to us gambling webmasters? In my opinion – no.
Every decent gambling webmaster knows that we need to link with anchor text and I have never met anyone who wouldn´t be willing to use the description I have asked for, but if you wish to change them after they have been placed then it´s a different deal.
The problem for me is that I just dont fancy spamming discussion boards/guestbooks nor have I the desire to hunt for links all day long as it is so boring that I´d rather watch my screensaver 
The quality exchanges are important and do get my attention, but that does not add up the saturisation that is needet and when you dont have PR6 or above you get kinda left out from the true quality exchanges – so what do you do?
One – You can push yourself to the limit and go for the spam/link submitting.
Two – You can seek for outside help for that and this is probably what most of the bigger webmasters are doing, but that costs a lot of money as well so if you dont have the money in the firstplace than it really doesnt help a lot
