That’s not taking away from anybody else that posted; I don’t mean it like that at all. – just that our experiences are often the same so I’ve come to place a great deal of confidence in his words.

As to Cap certified programs; you must take into consideration as Dom said; there is no way of proving 100% that a program is cheating. or isn’t. The closest you’ll come to positive proof a place is cheating; is by sending testers to signup and play. What works much better is to get a few big players to keep you informed of where they’re playing and a general idea of how much they’re playing.
it’s my experience that if you can get them to contact you once; that they will happily stay in touch after that because they know they’ll get top service if something ever goes wrong.
