As far as I understand it even if you submitted your website last week it will be included in all versions of Inktomi except for the one yahoo is using. If you paid for this your website will be removed from yahoo.
To get listed in yahoo and all versions of inktomi you either have to not have paid, or upgrade to the overture site match.
