The only way to clear this up is to overhaul the statistical capabilities of the program. This most likely entails adopting a completely new software package.
As it currently stands its appartenly broken and has been for quite some time. When I send 400 hits and their site shows I sent 12 its clear to me its broken!
I too hope this program will take the proper “timely” actions to rectify any and all inconsistencies. At and only at that time I will take into consideration how this issue was handled and any new systems in determining whether or not I give you the exposure you desire.
