I asked a question and got an answer within 24 hours a couple of days ago and they don’t know me from Adam. I just joined and haven’t promoted them yet.
Since they are a member program here at CAP, the professor would normally see about checking on this, but alas, the poor man had to go on a cruise. 
I just went and made sure it wasn’t a glitch – I have no problem getting in.
