To have the best of all worlds, get the toolbar that you want to use for your searches and click on your google toolbar and drag it up next to your top toolbar (the one with “File Edit View…” on their)
Then you just drag it to the left and you would be able to see the pagerank bar, but you can use your choice of toolbar which would be at the bottom of all your toolbars.
