Keeping that in mind, I don’t think it’s good business to accept CPA campaigns that are less than $150 per player.

It would, in some cases getting close to $50 in advertising cost to get that player in the first place so a $50 CPA is givin’ players away.
We do several $150 deals and an exeption is a $75 CPA with a poker room.
IMHO stick with $150, anything less is really not worth the effort.
