Slotchik I agree with both of your posts and have asked Jonathan for further clarification.
If the players continue to deposit and their player values exceed the minimum threshold then I believe an affiliate SHOULD be paid. Lets make sure the T&Cs reflect this.
I also think the stats should add a field which indicates actual commissions due to help eliminate confusion.
