The problem was resolved among the few people it even involved in the situation. My problem is that he sent out a newsletter and he has me on his “Blacklist” page as “This Months Biggest Scammer” followed by allegations that are completly untrue and totally lopsided.
What I’m troubled with is his unprofessional email to me, the fact that he misstated when he emailed me, the fact that I am called a “scammer”, and the fact that he continues to act as though he is an authority on the matter and is coaching the situation, when in fact I haven’t even really spoken with this guy nor do I feel the need too because………who is he?
He only locked the thread on my threat of legal action because he not only posted my Name, Address, and Phone number, he mailed it out to his email list and it remains on his site.
Bottom line- I haven’t done anything wrong, i’m frustrated with my first, last name and details being put up on his site, and it’s not okay for him to publicly slam me like he has done becuase it is total libel!
By the way – they leave out the fact that nobody had to or was required to pay any monetary units for any of this, both to play in the contest and to recieve winnings from the gaming and from the prize. In fact I paid $200 originally for people to play and I paid out the full amount paid by the sponsor. Not only have I paid out the amount frmo the sponsor which left me no profit at all, I have since paid out over $300 more = $700 from my pocket.
Now can you see why I am very frustrated? The only person paying anything is me, and not only have I paid out my ass with money I have paid alot more in aLOT OF LOST business and mental well being!
