Hi,

well there comes a time in everyone’s life when they absolutely must make a stand or they will become a stepping stone for all others the rest of their life.

that time for you (us) comes everyday. It is just a matter of to what extent and how much of yourself your willing to give in order to get.

But here is the big thing to consider. These attacks will eventually be stopped in some way or another, but the most likely answer to the problem is truly not to pay extortionist.

WHEN that happens; to what direction do you suppose these people without scruples will go?

I’ll tell you. Right back to the people that caved first!

Right now they may be / may not be keeping their word. But I promise you this; if you paid once, you WILL pay again.

You may not know it is to the same people, but trust me, it is!

Look at what you’re dealing with and wake up! These sort of tactics are not exclusive under any circumstances.

If they did it to somebody else, WHAT the hell makes you think you’re different?

If you don’t stand up for yourself and fight to keep the ground you’ve covered already, you will never succeed. You will stay lost in an unending whirlpool that only gets worse the further in you get.

Like it was said above. we all are victims here. I’m willing to do what it takes to succeed past the moment.

So what I’m saying is; is everyone PLEASE don’t turn your backs on companies that are under attack and by the mere fact they aren’t online; proving that they aren’t giving in.

I know its precarious situation that leaves us open to loss more than the casinos themselves, because its a damn handy excuse for explaining away lost income (tracking issues, etc).

And you guys know I’m a prick about that stuff. But after reading the Prof’s post and giving it hard consideration (because at first I was just going to say we need to keep an eye closely on things and warn each other when we see a site/program go down) – that we remember why these sites are down.

Now I still suggest we need to keep an eye closely on things and warn each other when we see a site/program go down to help minimize the loss – but also be as quick to put them back up when they have weathered the storm.

that make sense?
