Integrity does matter. Unfortunately, it cant always be imposed on programs when they arent interested in accepting it.
Yes, Spam is a serious issue and yes its something the casinos should tackle head on. And no, its not something they do with regularity if the persons doing the spamming are big money earners.
But, as with all things we do in business, balance is a key in deciding which casinos we promote and which we do not. There is no utopia and no unblemished program.
All things considered Referback is one of the more straight forward programs out there. Yes, they have lower conversions then we would like to see and were over exposed last year, but they are NOT rogues or absolute thieves like so many others that are online.
They are far better then Casino Profit Shave or Fallen Star Network in terms of performance. They dont bid against us at PPCs and hit all our portals with Scumware like Fortune Lounge. They arent constantly in the spotlight for ripping off players or slow paying like some of the RTGs.
They dont sell player data and launch Joe Job email attacks like some independents we both know.
So in balance I feel ok about keeping them around even though they arent the best SPAM police.
Its something to think about, but if you choose not to promote them I wouldnt fault your logic at all.
