Unfortunately I didn’t see any payment processing solutions for US players. (An issue that is of major concern to all of us).
When I spoke with Referback a while ago they were telling me that the focus on US players is to send them through to Neteller branded landing pages.
What comes after Neteller is surely in development (but no-one is talking about it – or if they are, not to me
:p)
Boss media and Microgaming were demonstrating their Bingo and Poker rooms. I get the feeling that these community led multiplayer games is where the attention is now being paid.
I can’t answer your last question about consolidation because I really don’t know the answer.
