I think you have your Vegas Programs crossed. Dominique was talking about Vegas Affiliates and working with Allan on resolving a stats payment issue. Antoinette works for Vegas Partners. Similar name, different group of casinos.
Vegas Partners had the stats freeze, which appears to have been corrected now. Vegas Affiliates are the ones some affiliates have reported as being slow pay or no pay.
