Froogle could seriously impact affiliates in all kinds of types of businesses.
The only way I see this playing out is the way Aleph has been pointing out for some time – you have to pay for everything or forget doing business on the net.
Time for a good alternative to existing engines. That is what I think will happen when they all become paid engines.
Each industry will start it’s own engine.
