From looking at your income level you’re doing better than 97% or so of webmasters.
The income levels that you’re seeing in that poll are from webmasters who do this full time and are heavily involved in constantly reviewing and optimizing ROI.
For some affiliate programs there are over 20000 affiliates. Out of those there’s usualy 200 good ones and maybe 20 that the affiliate program would actually kiss ass to. Most affiliates make nothing or very little.
But one thing that has to be said, once you’re making $600 a month, double that isn’t that difficult, making the original 600 a month is much more difficult.
