Personally I don’t think there is a “magical” answer. Most of us know how to optimize (but that doesn’t mean squat right now with googles craziness) and we know how to market.
It all takes some time, and most webmasters in this business don’t make it, very few really succeed at it and some do a little better than average or average. The majority don’t make a living at it from what I’ve seen.
The other thing to consider is that one casino or group may convert well for one webmaster where many others can’t make a dime at it. So I can tell you what works for us and how we’ve done well but that may not, in fact probably won’t do the same for you.
Same goes with traffic, we can sell you traffic but it may not work for you. We have one supplier that is converting like crazy for us on our new poker room, but we ran an ad for a casino and got nothing with it, and it’s not cheap traffic.
I think you should just trial and error things until you find what’s working for you, maybe someone here can help you out more just thought I would put my two cents in.
By the way…those stats look like ours in some spots, sometimes it doesn’t get any better and you have to start pushing other casinos to see what your players like.
