I remember discussing the tax issue with a casino when i went to Australia. The rate seems to be excessively high, similar to Canada’s actually:)
So to buy that 150k car you only have to earn 300k!
But the weather you have there is simply unreal. What pisses me off here is that on top of the normal taxes they actually have an extra tax of 1.5% if you earned too much. Apparently this is to prevent people from earning over 35k cdn. Which is about 25k usd.
Like c’mon people get over it. They could tax 90% of our earnings and they still wouldn’t have enough.
