We need to find out how this is done – it appears some programs do this after the player has not returned for 6 months, some wait a year, some even longer, but they all do it. They separate the inactives out somehow. I am going to poke around some more programs if I find cooperative ones.
I believe that this is a substantial part of earnings that is being withheld from us and we need to do something. Just complaining will get us no place.
