I am wondering the same thing to. 
You are right about the search numbers being inflated by webmasters. In my opinion I believe these terms are not as good of converting traffic as one might think considering the difficulty of new players being able to make a deposit these days. Still traffic is traffic as long as it is real people of course. It will be interesting hearing comments on this subject.
