I think there are a lot of really good people there being swept along with a bad sitaution, they want a change, but they are afraid to breakaway as they want to keep in touch with their peers. I can fully understand that, hell, it’s what kept me going there for eight or nine months more then it should have. But sooner or later people have to stand up and do the RIGHT thing. It was my time.
I agree, though I must add that my productivity leapt by an astounding amount after I got over my little skirmish.
The early days of the GPWA was a way to touch base with others in a lonely industry and share info. Those days I remember with the fondest of memories.
