Ironically if this guy says he won the money from an offshore book he could get himself in trouble…
Declare tax on your winnings when you are not meant to be betting, interesting scenrio.
Best solution is for the guy to place it in an offshore bank and pay for items such as dinner out, tv’s etc… using a creditcard and then Uncle Sam will never pick up on this.
