For some reason this figure ‘wireless gamblers will reach 500 million by 2006’ seems unrealistic to me.
Assuming 2 in 6 people in the world have wireless communication devices, i doubt that a full half would use it for gambling. Especially considering that over half of the world’s population cannot afford such devices. It’s like those gadgets on cell phones, maybe 1 in 10 people uses them, the rest of the people want to use a phone for a phone. If i want to play a game i turn on the xbox, ps2, or gamecube.
