Jeff, my site would operate as a casino sublicensee. To my knowledge, there has not been any cases against casino affiliates, sublicensees, or promoters, yet. I’m looking for a relatively safe, temporary solution which probably includes offshore hosting and address for now. The safest way is to get an offshore entity but that will cost a few grands. And Jay Cohen of WSEX is the only one to get convicted and jailed by the U.S. as a casino owner ( 5K fine and 21 months). There’s not that many links on this subject, here’s one.
