This is dictated by ICANN policy.
The Registrant info must be accurate.
The Admin and Technical contact info must be accurate and contain a valid email address.
Never ignore email to either the admin or tech email accounts because if the Registrar or Icann contacts you and you fail to respond, policy states your domain may be disabled for failure to respond within 14 days.
