Actually, they enjoy a very solid reputation. However, I have tried to sign up with them just last weekend and had a question. Haven’t gotten an answer in seven days.
Ok, they don’t know me from Adam, but I should think after seven days they should respond to a simple signup question.
Technical problems do happen. We’ll see.
