I met with a few merchants at the GIGSE show in Montreal last June and I have received quite a bit of info from a few of them. Try this guy, the name is A1M AND ONLINE MARKETS .They have coded and non coded merchant accounts. They deal with banks that are in Germany ( which is a non coded no-go) but I believe that they have banks in Europe that are not a part of the European Union… Which means that the non coded accounts presently work!
They sent me a list of all the county currencies that they have and there are nearly a hundred of them ! Send an email to this guy, he’s very nice. Actually, I’ll give you 2 names ( they were both at the show together):
