Several things happened. #1 new reporting software is being loaded and tested. #2 The playtech server(s) went down on Saturday afternoon and were not fully back up until Sunday.
In Isreal most people do not work on Saturday so from what I heard it took longer then usual to get the servers back online.
Everything should be normalized by Monday and the new stats package should allow us to better track visitors, sales and client preferences.
