They (e-cashpay) accept credit card transactions from the players, transfer it to the players casino account almost immediately( accepting the transactions), and then 2 days later after the players spent the money, they would change the stats on the ecashpay website to ( transaction declined)
What is the point of that – creating a chargeback to the casino?
