This email advises that as at 2:00am 4th July 2003 (GMT), Gainsborough Glades Services Ltd (“GGS”) ceased to operate 747Casino.
GGS stresses that all player deposits and payments are secure, and are not under threat in anyway. If you have money or winnings deposited with 747Casino, it is held securely by Cyber Finance Investments Limited.
Over the past month or so a dispute arose between Aqua Distributors Limited, the company who provided GGS with the casino software that could not be resolved. As a consequence of an inability to resolve this dispute, Gainsborough Glades Services Limited is forced to wind-up, and in so doing can no longer operate an online casino under the Regulations of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission.
It is important for all players to appreciate that GGS is in no way suggesting the Aqua Distributors Limited has acted in any way that should cause players concerns whatsoever. The services and support that have been provided by Aqua to GGS, have been of the highest order, and continues to be so for the other casinos supported by Aqua.
