If it made it into your account, and you paid for it, and they ran the charge, you have a little more amunition to file a dispute that you acted in good faith to purchase and reserve the name.
It would help even more if you have a screen shot of the domain in you admin panel or whatever domain manager from your registrar.
Also, if you got any confirmation emails from your registrar, be sure to save those.
