I dont consider any link requests as junk I just get so many on a daily basis that I cant handle them all. I am hoping that once I get all the sites converted over to links manager I will be able to process link requests in a timely manner.
I don’t think it would be fair to folks that have asked to link with one of my sites to be placed on a public list or traded. It was a creative idea though,
