PokerTrip Recommended for Nevada Affiliate License

AVP is one of PokerTrip's best known sites.

PokerTrip Enterprises is the first affiliate to receive the Nevada Gaming Control Board’s nod of approval for an online gaming license. As the first affiliate company in the Nevada online gaming space, PokerTrip’s every move will be closely watched by affiliate operators and partners alike.

The company is best known for its websites AllVegasPoker.com and ThePokerAtlas.com, which focus on brick and mortar poker rooms. As an outfit that already has close ties with multiple Nevada casinos, they are uniquely situated to grab a big chunk of the intrastate affiliate poker market.

What Will Intrastate Affiliates Look Like?

So far there’s no word on how PokerTrip’s affiliate program will be run, but there’s no shortage of speculation in the affiliate world.

Many are of the belief that US intrastate poker affiliate programs will be all CPA, rather than revenue shares. That’s because most of the big companies running them, like Caesars Entertainment and MGM, already have substantial, established customer bases.
