One of the world's largest online poker sites,, has announced the names of the 23 members of its inaugural Team PokerStars Online, which is an amateur offshoot to its Team PokerStars Pro.

The Isle Of Man-licensed site stated that it has spent two months searching for the online poker talent to form the basis of Team PokerStars Online and has sifted through over 2,000 applications. revealed that the 23 members hail from all over the world with 18 countries represented and have been drawn from the full range of its games and stakes. It stated that this diversity means that its clients are likely to find a Team PokerStars Pro presence whatever game they play and whenever they choose to login.
