Mobile Gaming Summit comes to London this week

When it comes to online gaming, London really does seem to have it all. The city is the center of the UK’s regulated online gambling industry, and it’s host to iGaming Business’ signature event, the London Affiliate Conference and the iGB Affiliate Awards.

So it’s no surprise that the masterminds behind those gaming affiliate events have chosen London as the location to hold this week’s mGaming Summit, a new online gaming conference dedicated to mobile gaming and marketing.

“Time to mobilize”
The mGaming Summit is designed to help webmasters and affiliates convert the challenges of mobile gambling profitable into business opportunities.

“After several false dawns, mobile gambling has now reached its tipping point,” organizers state, going on to cite the advance of smartphones and rapidly improving mobile networks as proof of this advance.

“Ladbrokes declared 250% year-on-year growth in mGaming and predicts 33% of all online sports betting will go through their mobile channels within three years,” reps continue.

The mGaming market is led by ‘in-play’ sports betting, and followed closely by casino, slots and bingo.

“And with 11% of all digital sign-ups generated via mobile, this platform is increasingly perceived as a means of acquiring new customers.”

Schedule and speakers
As usual, iGaming Business has stacked its deck of speakers with experts and pros from all around the gambling and mobile industries, including reps from:
GetJar, “the largest independent apps store in the world, second only in downloads to Apple”,
MFuse, “the leading mobile user experience experts in mGambling”,
OffsideGaming, “pioneer betting operator and technology provider”, and
Scivisum, “prevalent m-web and apps developer and tester, working with leading blue chip and gaming brands”.

The one-day event also features sessions called “What do high tech mGambling consumers really value in the experience?” and “Converting free players to revenue streams”. Check out the full schedule here.

Get social
As usual with iGaming Business, the main emphasis is on world-class networking. The mGaming Summit “is delighted to be partnering with the iGaming Social inviting you, as a delegate, to continue your networking with over 200 additional iGaming executives,” reps state.

The mGaming Summit is scheduled for this Wednesday, June 15, at the The King’s Fund, Canvendish Square, London. Get info on the full schedule of the event’s parties and sessions, as well as info on how to register, here.
